Service, the Way it Should Be...

Expatriates of Canada who are outside of the country on permanent or rotational assignments, non-residents and foreign nationals who are entering Canada can obtain the services required, on a timely basis, to eliminate or minimize their Canadian taxes, identify their compliance responsibilities under the law & have their Canadian Tax Returns prepared. Residents of Canada may require assistance relating to unreported foreign source income & non-compliance with foreign property reporting requirements on Form T1135 - Foreign Income Verification Statement, I can determine your eligibility for relief from penalties, and possibly interest charges, by filing a Voluntary Disclosure or a Request for Taxpayer Relief.

I articled with the predecessor of Deloitte & Touche - Touche Ross & Co. in Calgary from 1982 to 1985. I have been a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA CA) for over three decades now, I commenced working in the area of expatriate taxation as a tax manager with the predecessor of PricewaterhouseCoopers - Coopers & Lybrand - in the late 1980s. After taking a job in industry in the tax department of Nexen (formerly Canadian Occidental Petroleum Limited) for a few years in the early 1990s, I founded my expatriate tax consulting practice in 1994.
